Went to run the Exakt software and it has now expired. I removed everything and tried to download a new version and it still states that demo out of date.

I am really frustrated by all this.

What can we do to get some stability with this program.

I hope we do not go over the same old ground.

I still have yet to even run the tutorials.

I got some interesting statistics from the CM Contractor the other day and I will forward this separately. One comment is that they have changed their software and they can no longer provide long temr trending data!

This is not a stability issue, just a timeout of the demo license. I can renew the 45 day license. This can be done in a gotomeeting session. It takes about a minute. See Renewing EXAKT trial software.

Generally, most CM contractors don't provide effective long term trending because they examine only one side of the coin. The CM data alone. Except for occasional and often obvious situations, they don't know which features of the CM data correspond to which failure modes.

The EXAKT system combined with LRCM procedures deals with this problem. It can provide consistent trending with verifiable predictive performance. This is because it uses statistical modeling techniques to discover relations between actual asset events and condition monitoring data patterns preceding those events.
