To renew EXAKT trial:

Please send an e-mail to support at omdec.com advising what time zone you are in and when you will be able to connect via web meeting.

Available times are from 5:00 to 22:00 in the following time zone:

1. North American Eastern Daylight time (UTC/GMT -4 hours)  from March to October
2. North American Eastern Standard time (UTC/GMT -5 hours)  from November to April

on 24 hours notice.

Before the web meeting please download and make sure you can run the password program ExaktTrialRenew.exe. (It is also also available as a zip archive ExaktTrialRenew.zip) . To run this program you will have to install .net available at: http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/details.aspx?familyid=0856eacb-4362-4b0d-8edd-aab15c5e04f5&displaylang=en

During the meeting an OMDEC support person will enter the password, which will renew EXAKT trial for another 45 days.
